Our story
How we came to hospitality
Next Level began in Nairobi five years ago with a simple job: helping local businesses be seen. Then the restaurants called. Then the hotels, the coastal villas, a lodge on the shores of Lake Duluti, an airline.
Somewhere along the way we noticed what the bigger agencies kept missing. The guests our clients wanted most, Muslim families travelling from Mombasa to Muscat, were not being spoken to. They were being spoken past.
So we learned. We reshot rooms with families in mind, rewrote menus so nobody had to ask twice, and briefed front desks to greet guests with a warmth that felt like home.
Today that is what we do, for the brands who take the welcome as seriously as we do.
